I was struggling to find somewhere to get a small utility trailer inspected for the state, and upon calling BFS they had an appointment for me within two days. I went to drop off the trailer at 6:30 in the morning for a later appointment, and to my surprise there were staff there and ready, knew exactly who I was and what I was there for. They made the entire process easier than I thought possible, had it finished within an hour, and were even kind enough to walk me through the process of handling the inspections in the future. We are planning on getting a camper soon and I absolutely know who I will be coming to for any service work. They were a pleasure.

Very nice and very helpful, by me getting a pre inspection before I purchase a truck, they saved me from getting stuck with a truck that was in bad shape. Moving forward I would use their services for the Pre inspection before I make any purchases. Thank you BFS

Many companies promise customer service. Few deliver it. BFS Fleet Service not only deliver it, they exceed excellence. Our class C motorhome broke down as we came through Buffalo and we found BFS through a recommendation from the towing company. Quincey, our service advisor, immediately jumped on getting us taken care of and Tyler, our technician flawlessly took care of repairs. Even the owner, John, jumped in and got his hands dirty to get us back on the road asap. If you live in the area or are passing through and need motorhome repairs or service, do yourself a favor and take it to John and his team at BFS. You will not regret it!!

It was Saturday afternoon of Labor Day Weekend and we were 500 miles from home, when we had some troubling warning signals going off on our motorhome dash. We took a chance that someone might be around at BFS Fleet, even though we had called and gotten the answering machine. To our good fortune John, the owner, was at the business and kindly offered to help us out. He went above and beyond to correct our problem. Three hours later, we were back on the road and the RV running smoothly. He was very reasonable in his charges. We feel that this Good Samaritan has the values and work ethic that is hard to find. We highly recommend BFS Fleet Service for your motorhome service needs.

Nice area,spacious for big RV's, friendly staff, only thing I wasn't aware of when making the appointment is that I had to drop off my trailer and picked it up when inspection was done. Definitely recommend the place

BFS was incredible servicing my 2005 E350 Skoolie! Quincy and Zach were very informative and upfront about my concerns with the vehicle and their entire staff was extremely friendly and kind throughout the whole process. Their team evaluated the vehicle (needed a new starter & inspection), came back with an estimate (which we were pleasantly surprised in cost- came under what we estimated) & turned around the work so quickly! Steve also was super helpful answering our additional questions we had and took the time and was so patient with our questions. We definitely will be using BFS for all of our bus concerns- highly recommend!
